Current kittens & cats
Chessie
Chessie is a 10 month old girl that was injured and has hind end paralysis requiring her bladder and bowels to be expressed 3-4 times a day. It is super easy to do, taking less than 5 minutes start to finish and we can teach you how to do that and give you supplies. She loves other cats, loves kids and is extremely affectionate…she is a ‘Velcro’ girl. She does well with traveling and backpacking and has gone on vacations with us twice now. She is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated
Kanga
A 5 month old little girl with congenital defects of the carpal joints of her front legs and her toes are curled in…..basically she has ‘wonky legs’. It doesn’t stop her from running around and using the litterbox……the ONLY thing it does stop…is her ability to make biscuits, her little toes are moving but those darn paws won’t cooperate. She was on the euthanasia list and thanks to a very kind rescue worker, she got in contact with us to see if we could save her from that fate. She is extremely affectionate and is already a Stage 5 clinger.
Jiji
Jiji is ready to be your sidekick for any adventure you go on! This awesome little girl is full of energy and curiosity. She plays great with other cats after acclimating to her new space and isn’t picky about her meals. She’s fully vetted, spayed and microchipped and ready for adoption.
She came to us with a radial and ulnar fracture that is in the last stages of healing.
Ostara
Ossie is a 1 1/2 year old girl that is shy and timid. She loves other cats but would prefer their company over humans. She had to have full mouth teeth extractions but has no problem eating her wet food and will snack on some smaller kibble. If you have a cat that needs a friend and you don’t have your heart set on a cat wanting to sit on your lap…she is perfect for you. She needs a family that accepts her for who she is and loves her regardless. She is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
Peep
Peep is a 3 month old boy that has Spina Bifida that has caused hind end paralysis requiring a diaper. He is easy to put diapers on, loves baths and is extremely affectionate and playful. He loves the other cats and is best friends with my 2 year old grandson. We can teach you diaper cat care and get you started with supplies. Peep doesn’t let his differences stop him from anything…he runs, climbs and plays with only 2 working legs. He is not quite ready for adoption but will be soon. He will be neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated
Chirp
Chirp is a smaller than normal female torbie. She’s currently housed with Quack in foster and right now we are focusing on growth. She LOVES food and gets along with other cats and dogs.
Quack
Quack, a final tabby is currently under investigation for a condition called Pectus evacatum when the sternum points inward and makes the chest a bit concave. She has an appointment to see a specialist in July. She does great with other cats and a dogs.
